Introducing the Legacy Circle Planned Giving Program of DSOSN

The Down Syndrome Organization of Southern Nevada (DSOSN) is proud to introduce to you its new Planned Giving Program called “The Legacy Circle” and invites all of you to consider leaving a lasting legacy to our organization that dedicates itself in serving individuals and their families throughout Southern Nevada affected by Down syndrome.  Designating a planned legacy gift to DSOSN gives you the opportunity to make a lasting investment and ongoing contribution for the future of assuring that individuals with Down syndrome will have a promising future and are accepted, respected and can make their dreams come true.

A Planned Gift is the perfect way to leave a lasting legacy in being remembered for your passion to our mission as well as providing benefits to you and your family. There are numerous planned giving vehicles to choose from based on your financial planning needs and desires.  To name a few these include various types of Outright Gifts, Estate Gifts and Life Income Plans.  Leaving a legacy to DSOSN can provide you and your family with various benefits including reducing your tax bill with a charitable income and offer significant tax savings.

The DSOSN provides many programs and services to its members.  These include speech, physical, music, yoga, Spirit horse and dance therapies as well as life skill seminars, Hispanic Outreach, member socials, scholarships, the Lending Resource Library, the Changing Lives Program and our Teen and Young Adult Club.  You can leave a lasting legacy designated towards a specific program or an unrestricted gift to be used at the discretion of the DSOSN.  These can made through a will or a selected charitable gift plan of your choice.

All Planned Giving donors become life-long members of “The Legacy Circle” and receive all the benefits associated with being a members.
