2009 Buddy Walk Registration

This is the online Buddy Walk Registration Form for Team Captains who want to register and start a team and for individual walker who want to join a team or who to register individually.

Instructions:

First complete the general information tabs under section one (1)
If you are registering to be a Team Captain complete section two (2)
If you registering to join a team as an individual walker complete section three (3)
If you are registering as an individual walker only complete section four (4)
All registrants then please go to section five (5) to complete the online registration form. Your registration will automatically be sent to DSOSN and based on your instructions, you will receive all your Buddy Walk materials.
