We need to have everyone’s Voucher by Friday, February 19 as we plan to re-launch this program in April.

• Ages: 8-15 yrs Location: (same as above) Time: 11a.m. to 11:45a.m. Dates: Every Saturday
• Ages: 3yrs -5 yrs Location: (same as above). Times 11a.m.- 11:45 a.m.  Dates Friday.        
• Ages: Newborn- 3yrs Location: (same as above) Time: Noon- 12:45pm. Dates Every Monday(***$5.00 co-pay for Newborn to age 3 group*** Currently funded by grant)

Occupational -Physical Therapy

• Ages: Newborn – 3yrs Location: DSOSN Office Time: 9:30 a.m. – 11:30a.m. Dates: Every Monday
