iPad Loan Program (five iPads already acquired): iPads will be loaded with a variety of assistive technology programs and applications thar are designed to address a wide area of developmental needs of persons diagnosed with IDD. Some of the areas addressed will be speech development; verbal communication/pronunciation; comprehension and retention; reading skills (including persons diagnosed with dyslexia); basic math/calculations; and other specific needs, based upon diagnosis.
