DSOSN – LAS VEGAS BUDDY WALK 2023

The undersigned applicant hereby requests permission to participate as a vendor in the DSOSN-Las Vegas Buddy Walk-2023 event, which is scheduled for October 8, 2023, at Town Square. The hours of the event will be from 8:00 am – 1:00 pm. The Applicant is responsible for booth set up, decorations, etc. (vendors will be provided with a 6ft table and two chairs (and a canopy if requested).  Limit 30 vendors.

FEE for Vendors:

1. Nonprofit organizations: Donation of a raffle prize item (minimum value of $50.00)
2. All other vendors: Make a minimum donation of $100 to DSOSN (please make checks payable to DSOSN-Buddy Walk).
