This is a developing person-centered structured program, where DSOSN members will be trained for employment opportunities, suited to their abilities.

Working with State agencies and private industries, designated DSOSN staff members (and volunteers) will be trained as job coaches to coordinate the pairing of our members with partnering companies and provide the necessary training for them to work as interns and/or hired at apprentice/entry-level positions in these companies.
